Stable Cable Lab Co. presents Barter (Or, Stealing Other People’s Credit Cards) by Emily Daly. Barter (Or, Stealing Other People’s Credit Cards) is a quirky comedy, set ten years in the future, that follows the lives of four characters when the economy tanks for a weekend and all of New York City is forced to barter…for everything. Everyone has money problems. Cherry, Benny and Charles are broke — and Eliza won’t decide how to spend her inheritance. With the financial system crumbling, these people are forced to look at what they value and why.
The show is directed by Jonathan Libman, and features Lisa Jill Anderson, Brian Edelman, Breanna Foister, and Zak Kamin*.
